Design thinking sessions

For the last few months, the team had the opportunity to learn about design thinking and how we can use it in our day-to-day to help us be more human centric, more creative, to find better processes, services and ultimately deliver a better product.

The interesting thing was that, in every challenge and every debate, the methodology we learned in design thinking was the one the team naturally gravitated towards. Very rewarding to see how that framework is now intertwined in everything we do.

Although this is a continuous process, and we do want to keep on learning and improving, we can’t discard how much of a change it already brought us.

A special thank you to MINDSHAKE PT and Start@best for the opportunity to learn new and better ways to empower patients!
